Heeney occurs as little rural unincorporated community within northern Summit County, Colorado in the United States. These are placed on a hillside along the west side of Green Mountain Reservoir, in the valley of the Blue River, between Kremmling and Silverthorne. These are accessible by the county road from either Colorado State Highway 9. a community consists a cluster of vacation homes perched above the reservoir, which occurs as popular destination for unpaid yachting & camping. the businesses of the town include a trading post orientated towards hikers and swimmers.
